Transcription: Lie face up with both knees bent at a 45 degree angle and feet flat on the floor. Extend the right leg and place a strap or towel around the bottom of the right ankle, holding the ends with both hands. Extend your right leg up until the knee is straight but not locked. Watch the knee so that it remains extended. The straighter your leg stays, the more stretch you will feel. It's important, however, not to lock the knee, instead keeping it slightly bent. If flexibility permits, you can eliminate the strap and simply stretch up with your arms.
